Soirulina - Organic Tea Healing

Spirulina is a blue-green microalgae native to Central America, Chad, and India that dates back to the origin of life on Earth over 3 billion years ago, proving its extreme resilience. Some ancient civilizations, such as the Aztecs and Mayans, included it in their diets, not least for its nutritional value.

We know that proteins are the building blocks of cells, the building blocks of the human body. Spirulina contains more protein than any other known food, both in quantity and quality. Spirulina is the richest known edible algae in plant protein: 65 grams per 100 grams of Spirulina (a steak has about 25 grams of protein per 100 grams).

Spirulina is also rich in vitamins (especially the B group): A, E, D, B1, B2, B3, B6, B7, B8, B12, K and beta-carotene in very high amounts. It’s the second largest source of vitamin B1 after brewer’s yeast and the leading source of vitamin B12 (spirulina contains 4 times more than beef liver).

1- Spirulina Therapeutic Benefits

  • – Strengthens the immune system
  • – Supports heart function and healthy cholesterol levels
  • – Improves digestive and gastrointestinal health
  • – Facilitates the body’s internal cleansing and aids in the detoxification process
  • – Provides protection against disease through its antioxidant properties
  • – Helps improve tone and vitality

In addition to its high protein and vitamin content, spirulina also contains numerous minerals and trace elements: calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, iron, zinc, copper, manganese, chromium, selenium, sodium and potassium, all of which play an active role in various muscular, neurological and endocrine metabolisms.

2- Not only rich in protein and vitamins

In addition to its high protein and vitamin content, spirulina also contains numerous minerals and trace elements: calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, iron, zinc, copper, manganese, chromium, selenium, sodium and potassium, all of which play an active role in various muscular, neurological and endocrine metabolisms.

Pigments are also present: chlorophyll and phycocyanin. These antioxidants promote the absorption of iron into the blood (chlorophyll) and strengthen the immune system (phytocyanin). The icing on the cake! This algae contains essential fatty acids: omega 3 and 6.

Spirulina is believed to be the descendant of the first life form to develop photosynthesis. 3.5 billion years ago, blue-green algae began producing oxygen and changing our atmosphere, leading to the emergence of the life forms we know today. Since then, algae have helped control the biosphere of our planet.

3- Directions:

Directions: Take 4 capsules in the morning or throughout the day with a glass of water or vitamin C-rich fruit (or juice) to improve iron absorption.

People with iron deficiency, athletes and vegetarians can take 6 capsules of spirulina per day, gradually increasing the dose if necessary.

4- When should Spirulina be used for hair?

The benefits of spirulina don’t stop at the body. They also extend to the hair to enhance its beauty.

Spirulina to strengthen hair

Spirulina is rich in beta-carotene, a pigment that helps the scalp shine.

What’s more, the proteins it contains promote keratin synthesis. Keratin makes up 95% of the hair’s composition and is also its main defender against external aggression.

When the body produces more keratin, hair is healthier because it is better protected. This means shinier, stronger, fuller hair. All to the good!

5- Spirulina for hair loss

Whether you’re suffering from alopecia or hereditary baldness, spirulina is the answer. Thanks to its high iron, zinc and vitamin content, it helps rebuild hair and strengthen the scalp.

All of which significantly limits damage.

Spirulina for Gray Hair

Gray hair can be caused by age, stress, pollution or poor diet. These causes lead to the accumulation of toxins in the body.

In turn, these toxins cause hair fragility by stopping the production of melanin in the bulb, preventing the hair from coloring.

Thanks to its detoxifying properties and the zinc and magnesium it contains, spirulina purifies the body and limits the appearance of white hair.

For the natural treatment of tinnitus, ginkgo, spirulina and blueberry capsules improve blood flow to the ear, reduce stress and help maintain hearing structures.

Spirulina for Anti-Dandruff Treatment

Anti-dandruff shampoos are often a temporary solution. Once the routine is stopped, dandruff returns in abundance.

Spirulina, on the other hand, acts as a deep-down antioxidant for long-term results, helping to fight dandruff in the long term.

Organic Spirulina is produced without synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, or food additives. It is entirely possible to produce organic spirulina at home using only natural mineral salts and organic inputs.

In fact, spirulina can be grown in your own backyard under the right climatic conditions. Before embarking on such a project, however, it’s important to remember that growing spirulina is a demanding daily task that requires care and motivation. Spirulina requires only one ingredient that is not found in conventional fertilizers: sodium bicarbonate. However, this product is readily available and can even be replaced by wood ash.

The water used to grow our Spirulina comes from a deep well, in an area protected from any risk of contamination and regularly monitored (including heavy metals).

Drying method: Spray-Dry (SD) is a low temperature drying process (< 50°C) which has the immense advantage over other artisanal systems of lasting only a few seconds, and therefore exposing the spirulina for only a very short time to the flow of hot air.

To Conclure

Spirulina also contains many vitamins. Spirulina is considered to be the descendant of the first life form to develop photosynthesis. Organic Spirulina is produced without synthetic fertilizers, pesticides or food additives.
