Organic herbal teas are natural substances that are highly beneficial to our health. Organic green tea is one of the most highly recommended teas for solving many of the problems the body needs, organic green tea help with digestion very well.
The health benefits of organic green tea :
– Rich in antioxidants
– Powerful detoxifies
– Burns fat and stimulates metabolism
– Reduces bad cholesterol
– Tonic action to combat fatigue
– Cancer prevention
– Reduces hypertension
– Treats digestive disorders
– Stimulate cognitive functions
Nutritional studies carried out in areas of Japan where green tea is particularly popular have revealed that the incidence of cancers of the stomach, liver, pancreas, breast, lung, esophagus and skin is lower in people who drink green tea.
On August 28, 1991, at the American Chemical Society meeting, researchers presented the results of a study showing that the risk of lung cancer is reduced by 45% in smokers who drink green tea. This study, which has been widely reported in the media, goes some way to explaining why lung cancer rates are lower in Japan, even though the Japanese smoke more than Americans.
Animal studies show that green tea reduces the risk of many forms of cancer. Carcinogens were administered to two groups of laboratory animals, one of which also received green tea. In this group, the incidence of cancerous tumor formation was much lower than in the group not given green tea. Other studies show that green tea prevents cancer even in animals from genetic lines with a high predisposition to cancer.
Researchers have demonstrated very convincingly that green tea acts as a powerful antioxidant and, better still, acts as a neutralizer of carcinogens, preventing them from being triggered in the body.
Green tea could prevent cancer in four ways:
1) by neutralizing carcinogens;
2) by protecting cells against mutations caused by carcinogens;
3) by protecting the body from free radical damage;
4) protecting cells from ionizing radiation damage.
PREVENTION OF CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASE
Agents that inhibit abnormal platelet aggregation also reduce the risk of heart disease. Green tea inhibits platelet aggregation in the same way as aspirin.
Unlike aspirin, green tea also inhibits platelet-activating factor (PAF). This is a highly energetic factor in platelet aggregation that causes acute cardiovascular accidents. Green tea’s inhibitory action on PAF is similar to that of Ginkgo Biloba, and suggests that green tea is involved in several phases of abnormal platelet aggregation.
Laboratory studies have shown that green tea lowers cholesterol levels and raises those of heavy lipoproteins. In fact, green tea acts on cholesterol levels both by reducing the absorption of dietary cholesterol and by promoting its fecal excretion. These effects are similar to those of cholesterol-binding resins such as Questran Ò, but without the same gastrointestinal side effects.
Green tea can lower blood pressure by inhibiting angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE). ACE inhibitors are the drugs of choice for combating hypertension
Angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) is secreted in the kidneys, leading to a series of reactions that constrict blood vessels, causing high blood pressure. Green tea inhibits angiotensin-converting enzyme. Human and animal studies have demonstrated green tea’s antihypertensive effects. In a 12-week study of 37 hypertensive patients, green tea reduced systolic blood pressure on average from 134.5 to 124.44, and diastolic pressure from 84.5 to 76.6. It also raised HDL (« good ») cholesterol levels.
In a study designed to measure the effects of green tea in preventing heart disease, subjects who drank large quantities of green tea saw their risk of heart attack reduced by 50%.
Green Tea may Protect the body from Heart Disease in four Ways:
1) by inhibiting the abnormal formation of blood clots in the vessels (by at least two mechanisms);
2) by lowering total cholesterol and raising HDL cholesterol;
3) by reducing blood pressure through inhibition of angiotensin-converting enzyme;
4) by inhibiting HDL cholesterol oxidation in artery walls
1-REDUCING BLOOD SUGAR LEVELS NATURALLY
Studies on life expectancy demonstrate the direct relationship between steadily rising blood sugar levels, accelerated ageing and increased risk of vascular disease.
One of the beneficial effects of a low-calorie diet (which increases life expectancy in animals) is the lowering of blood sugar levels. Green tea lowers blood sugar levels according to dietary intake of polysaccharides. When soluble starch or glucose was administered to two groups of laboratory animals, one of which also received green tea extracts, the blood glucose level of the green tea group was found to be lower than that of a control group that did not. Reducing blood sugar also has the effect of lowering plasma insulin levels.
Green tea reduces blood sugar levels by inhibiting amylase, an enzyme essential for the absorption of sugar from starch. The search for amylase inhibitors to reduce blood sugar has long been underway, and green tea could be used to this end.
2- ANTIBIOTIC EFFECT BACTERIA
If you drink green tea after meals, you could reduce your risk of bacterial food poisoning, tooth decay and gingivitis. In Japan, green tea is drunk after every meal to refresh the mouth.
Scientific studies have revealed that green tea has powerful antimicrobial effects on oral bacteria, which are commonly implicated in tooth decay and tartar. There are numerous patents on the use of green tea extracts as an anti-tartar agent in toothpastes and gargles.
3- ANTIVIRAL EFFECT
Oriental doctors prescribe green tea as a treatment for colds and flu. Studies to measure the antiviral activity of green tea reveal that, even at very low concentrations, it has a strong inhibitory effect on the influenza virus. International patents exist for the use of green tea as a preventive and curative treatment against the influenza virus.
4-ANTIOXIDANTS EFFECT
prevent the oxidation of fatty acids and lipids in the brain, green tea extracts have an antioxidant effect 200 times more powerful than vitamin E.
Studies on lard have shown that green tea is 4 times more effective than BHA, 10 times more effective than vitamin E and 2.5 times more effective than ascorbyl palpitate. For people wishing to follow a life-extension program, the interest of these studies lies in the fact that green tea extracts act synergistic ally with vitamin C and vitamin P to provide greater antioxidant protection.
5-BENEFITS GREEN TEA LEAF EXTRACT
Green tea extracts bind to free radicals generated by oxidizing agents, including iron, hydrogen peroxide, the superoxide radical and paraquat, a well-known herbicide.
One study reported a case of head trauma in which the destruction of red blood cells led to the release of large quantities of iron, which caused massive free-radical damage to brain cells. Green tea extracts significantly inhibited the free radical damage triggered by iron.
TO CONCLUDE: Green tea is an effective remedy for lipomas, as it contains antioxidants that help reduce the level of adipose tissue in the body. Thanks to its anti-inflammatory qualities, green tea will reduce the size of the lipoma. Take green tea capsules every day (at least 3 capsules a day) to get rid of lipomas naturally.

Hello!
What is the best organic tea for a 5 year old child?
Good evening Ginou!
I hope you are doing well?
Children are very brittle, and you need to be very careful because tea contains caffeine, which is not good for children; it gives them insomnia. Before giving an infusion, you should consult an advisor. I’d like to know why you want to give your child tea. I can’t recommend just any herbal tea to a 5-year-old.
Give me a lot more information about the child and I’ll be happy to help.
Thank you.
